Welcome to AnytimeClub
AnytimeClub is a place to share, connect, discover useful resources, learn, and keep track of your academic journey.
You agree to these Terms when you register, when you log in, or when you accept the prompt shown to existing members. If you don't agree, please don't use AnytimeClub.
1. Who Can Use AnytimeClub
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may remove it.
2. Your Account
Your account is yours. Please:
- Keep your password private and don't let others use your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Your Content
You own what you create and upload.
By posting on AnytimeClub, you give us permission to store, display, and operate your content as needed to run the service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared or where we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.
Only share content you have the right to share. Do not upload content that:
- Belongs to someone else without permission.
- Contains another person's private information without their consent.
- Threatens or seriously harms someone.
- Breaks the law.
4. Everyone Appears as "Student"
On AnytimeClub, every post and every comment is shown as Student. Your name is never displayed next to what you share.
Other users cannot see who wrote a post or comment through the platform. To keep the community safe, authorized administrators can identify the account behind a post or comment, and we keep a private record linking each post and comment to its account. We use it to deal with serious issues such as threats, risk of serious harm, or illegal content, or when the law requires us to.
Appearing as Student is a way to express yourself freely, not a way to harm others.
5. Respect and Safety
You should be able to share without fear of being judged. Disagreement is welcome. Harassment, threats, and targeted abuse are not. Please follow our Community Guidelines.
6. Don't Abuse the Platform
You must not:
- Break, damage, or interfere with AnytimeClub.
- Access another person's account or information.
- Bypass security protections or upload malicious files.
- Spam, or manipulate likes, views, or other activity.
- Use automated tools to collect data from the platform.
7. Moderation
We may remove content, or restrict or suspend accounts, that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
8. Copyright
If you believe content on AnytimeClub infringes your copyright, email wahidikhlaq56@gmail.com with the content's location, proof that you own the rights, and your contact details. We will review it and may remove the content. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.
9. Third-Party Links
Some resources or links come from other people or services. We don't control or endorse them all, so use them with care.
10. Availability and Changes
We keep improving AnytimeClub. Features may change, and there may be maintenance, bugs, or interruptions. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be available.
11. Ending Your Account
You can stop using AnytimeClub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
12. Disclaimer and Liability
AnytimeClub is provided "as is". Content is posted by users, and we don't guarantee that it is accurate or reliable. Nothing on AnytimeClub is professional, medical, legal, or academic advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Your Wellbeing
AnytimeClub is a community, not a crisis or professional support service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (in India, 112) or a trusted person. In India, Tele-MANAS (14416) offers free mental health support.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of JAMMU, JAMMU AND KASHMIR.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will ask you to review and accept it. Continuing to use AnytimeClub after an update means you accept it.
